This
is Alemite's most powerful pneumatic pump and is only available
through A&J Fittings. This 100:1 ratio pump has a maximum air inlet
pressure of 150-psi and delivers approx 15oz per minute. The major
components consist of a reciprocating air motor and a double acting
pump tube. This extreme pressure pump is designed to deliver grease
in wireline transfer, plug valve and gate valve lubrication
applications directly from a 120 lb. drum or bulk tank. Accessories
are available.

These pumps are built for continuous operation. They are recommended for
longer piped installations. These double-acting pumps will provide
consistent, reliable delivery of hard to pump lubricants up to NLGI #3,
direct from original drums or bulk containers. An air connector and
quick detach air coupler are included with all models. All models have a
4-1/4" air motor except 7795-A5 and 7795-B5 which have 6" air motors.
Air inlet and material outlet are 1/2" female pipe thread. Air outlet is
3/4" female pipe thread. |
